Returns Policy
At Corruptt Souls, we aim for your complete satisfaction. However, due to our specific business model, we do not offer refunds. Instead, we only accept returns in the following circumstances:

Incorrect Item or Size: If you received an item that is not what you ordered or if the size is incorrect, please contact our customer service team within 10 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on how to return the incorrect item and arrange for the correct item to be sent to you.

Return Instructions: To initiate a return, please reach out to our customer service team at corrupttsouls@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos. We will guide you through the process and provide a return shipping label if applicable.
Please Note:
- Condition of Items: Returned items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
- Exchange: We will process a replacement for the correct item or size as soon as we receive the returned item. If the replacement item is unavailable, we will offer you a store credit equivalent to the value of the returned item.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that items purchased with discounts, final sale items, or custom orders are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
